There are simply no words that can fully convey the measure of gratitude that I feel for the tremendous send-off that you have given me. The emails, phone calls, cards and notes, combined with the Farewell Coffee Hour by Zoom on February 14th have all moved me deeply. And how appropriate that your lavish outpouring of love came on Valentines Day. The biggest surprise was the envelope that was in my mailbox on Saturday afternoon which contained several more cards with warm wishes and grateful affection along with a check for an extravagantly generous sum. Truly, I am overwhelmed by your gracious generosity and overflowing love. Thank you, thank you, ever so much!
I will carry all of you in my thoughts and prayers as I go to St. Luke’s and I look forward eagerly to return visits.
