It was a hot but beautiful day at Mother’s Beach in Marina del Rey. Twelve of us gathered for swimming, volleyball, Frisbee and lots and lots of sun.
It seemed the appropriate celebration of the
Sunday school’s completion of the very sunny
and sandy book of Acts.
We will now be returning to Genesis to learn about Isaac’s sons Jacob and Esau, their families and the ways God worked through their lives. Activities like laser tag and iFly are being planned to further illustrate letting go, trusting God and dealing with sibling rivalry.
