Let us pray:
O God of grace and glory, we remember before You our
brother Bill Hammond. We thank You for giving him to us to know and to love as a companion on our earthly pilgrimage. In Your boundless compassion, console us who mourn. Give us faith to see in death the gate of eternal life, so that in quiet confidence we may continue our course on earth, until, by Your call, we are reunited with those who have gone before; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

William T. (Bill) Hammond
Bill passed away the evening of November 13, 2018 at his home in Ojai, California. He was 92 and his passing was peaceful while holding his daughter Tucker’s hand. Bill was a long-time member of St. Edmund’s having served as both Jr. and Sr. Warden before moving to Ojai in 1993 with his wife Nancy, who died in 2013.
A memorial service will be held at St. Andrew’s, Ojai at the first of the year.
