We walk through Holy Week in anticipation of Easter, which arrives on the evening of Holy Saturday with the kindling of new fire on the Close and a procession of candles into the darkened Chapel. Soon, the Pascal Flame kindles all lights for the First Mass of Easter! Champagne follows on the Close.
Easter celebrations continue Easter Morning April 16th at 7:30am, and at 10am with Trumpets, the Edmund Bell Choir, a fulsome Edmund Chancel Choir, children’s homily and sermon. On the Close following Eucharist we will have our customary Dove Release, Egg Hunt and Piñatas!
Come and walk the Way of the Cross during Holy Week, and Celebrate Christ’s victory in Easter celebration!
