St Edmund's Episcopal Church San Marino

The Twenty-First Sunday After Pentecost

Brother Michael Manley Hopkins Jones is a deeply prayerful, profoundly well-educated Christian with a lay-monastic vocation. He and his wife Tiffany strive for St. Edmund’s (prayer cards, prayer beads, stewardship materials….) in ways often behind the scenes.

Brother Michael is now, under my auspices, available for spiritual direction. A course of inquiry involves a jaunt East on the 210, but is well worth the enrichment such direction might yield. If you would like to schedule time with Brother Michael, please contact the parish office.

The last Sunday of this month we will match our Dia de Los Muertos Altar in the Narthex with a Children’s costumed Halloween Parade during our Processional. Feel free to bring children in costume October 25th. Following the entrance procession they will continue on to Sunday School.
