The Parish Profile Committee is continuing its work in preparing this important description of all aspects of our parish. The committee has met with Father Bill and members of the Transition Committee to review the current draft. After a productive discussion during that meeting, the Profile Committee is revising the document with a goal of having it reviewed by the Vestry at its meeting later this month, then submitted to the Diocese by March 1st.
The Parish Profile is a document that is reviewed by those priests nationwide who are interested in our rector opening – it gives them a deeper understanding of our parish than through our website or other Diocesan materials. A final, Diocesan-approved Parish Profile is a prerequisite before a Search Committee can begin the search. More on that to come…
