Canon George Woodward concluded a decade of service as the Vice-President of Cristosal, a Church affiliated Human Rights organization working in El Salvador and Central America.
Meeting in San Salvador February 1 – 6, the Cristosal Board established the Rev’d Canon George Woodward Operating Fund in his honor, with many Dioceses, Bishops, Clergy and Laity contributing…to Woodward’s complete surprise.
Parishioner Gail Rolfe continues on the Cristosal Board, and Brian Tyler continues involvement in Los Angeles Cristosal efforts (as will the Rector following rotation from the Board).
